My Top Press On Nail Recommendations

To the ladies with busy lives that still want to look great and well put together, press on nails are for you! I love press on nails for several reasons. The convenience! No appointment has to be scheduled and no 1.5+ hours spent at the nail salon. I often apply them in the car when I’m on my way to an event or even on the plane when I’m on my way out of town. Also, the price! I normally pay $15 or less for press ons compared to $40+ for a full acrylic set. Press on nails are also great for those that are not comfortable going to the nail salon right now during COVID and being around a nail expert.

Below are my top press on nail picks! I keep these at home at all times whenever I may want my nails to look good. They’re all easy to find at your local Walmart, Target, and Kroger, but I’ve found the best variety and options at Target. For easy shop-ability, I included the links and prices for these products.

It’s Fridayyyy💃🏾 and guess who’s not going to the nail salon today?! 🙋🏽‍♀️ Is anyone else done spending $50+ on your nails every couple of weeks!? Peep my nails from Valentine’s weekend and keep reading to save some coins! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The last time I went to the nail salon was in January for my birthday, and I got a manicure with dip powder for $55 🤦🏽‍♀️ It was $40 for the manicure with dip powder + $5 for tips + $5 for coffin shape + $5 for cutting my cuticle. Now, most of that was fine, but when did salons start charging an extra $5 for cutting cuticle?! I thought that was part of a standard manicure! I’m telling y’all, she did nothing extra nor out the ordinary! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So that brings me to this post… So these were my Valentine’s nails❤️! $6 from @Target courtesy of @impressmanicure ! I literally put them on on my plane ride to Houston to see bae! Talk about saving time and money!!! I kept it short and simple this time, but it you want long, elaborate, or different shapes, @target has plenty of options! Shout out to one of my friends from high school who put me on to press ons @karmybsmith !!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #imPRESSmoments #ValentinesDayNails #allthingsred #imPRESSCouture #imPRESSmanicure

You can never go wrong with a true red! Perfect for any season, occasion, or holiday. If you don’t like to use the accent nail, there’s enough nails in this 30-count pack to have red on all of your fingernails. I do that from time to time.

Rebecca Minkoff X imPRESS Skinny Dipping ($8.99-$12)

$10-12 When I’m wanting more of a statement, I love these almond shape ombre nails by imPRESS! This exact style in a acrylic set would easily cost $50+ at the salon, but not for press ons! I’m pretty sure I paid about $10-12 for these from Target. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find them on Target’s website, but I did want to link to a similar pair that I found on the imPRESS website for $8.99. Feel free to check them out here. I just love the almond shape!

Kiss Everlasting French Nails ($4.99)

Who doesn’t love a french manicure? Again, perfect for any season, occasion, and very professional. If you’d like a more subtle option, check out the French Nude below ($6.99).

I hope this list is helpful for you! Especially those new to press on nails. Happy shopping!

xoxo,

Margaret Nicole
